Immigration Consultant Diploma with Internship (NOC 4164)
The Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is authorized by law to advise and represent potential immigrants before Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Canadian Border Services Agency.
ICCRC is a Federal Regulator and registered RCICs are able to work and practice across Canada and offer Canadian Immigration Services in other countries. Graduates of the program may also find employment within immigration practices of law firms, immigration consulting firms and governmental departments, agencies and tribunals.
About Our Program:
The Immigration Consultant Diploma provides the student with the fundamental knowledge of immigration Law, rules of professional behaviour and practice skills necessary to commence representing clients and operating a successful practice.
Program Licencing:
Hart Legal Educational Services has developed detailed curriculum, student materials and various class and instructor resources for about 350 hours of legal courses covering legal knowledge areas, competencies and skills required to practice as an Immigration Consultant. Hart Legal supports the courses through an online Learning Management System (LMS) which includes quizzes, tests & exams.
The Program may be licensed by a Private Career College. Hart Legal will assist the college with its accreditation application to the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and also provide the MTCU application template and assist with the program registration. Accreditation and approval is campus specific and based on the complete application submitted by the college.
